Baby item must have—carriers! We still use it with our 2.5 year old and really helped with the transition back to work when all she wanted was to be held in the evenings!

The most essential item is LOVE, and the item that best assists me in sharing that love is a baby carrier. When they’re safe and snug against your chest and can feel your heart beating they feel that love AND mom can go hands free to make a much needed snack!
